At South Pacific Futures, we’re working across education, environment, and enterprise to design and deliver practical solutions that make a difference. Below is an overview of the types of projects we’re currently engaged in across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the wider South Pacific. 

We are currently supporting educators and schools by building smart, easy-to-use automation systems. These workflows help teachers save time on administration, streamline lesson delivery, and improve how classroom content is managed. Our focus is on creating tools that reduce repetitive tasks so educators can spend more time teaching and connecting with students. 

We work alongside Traditional Owner groups to strengthen their operations and amplify their impact. This includes developing administration automation to support day-to-day management, as well as providing grant writing assistance that helps unlock new funding opportunities. These collaborations ensure Traditional Owner organisations have the digital and administrative tools they need to focus on what matters most: delivering outcomes for Country. 

For creative agencies, firms, and organisations, we design content creation workflows that make producing, refining, and publishing material more efficient. From automated drafting and editing processes to multi-platform publishing, we help businesses keep their communications sharp, consistent, and scalable. 

In Papua New Guinea, we are working with a diverse range of businesses and organisations to modernise their systems. This includes setting up workflows for finance, operations, communications, and reporting. Our work is tailored to local contexts and challenges, ensuring that organisations across PNG can adopt practical technology that supports growth and resilience.
